Rocky View Living Hot Tub Return & Refund Policy
Deposits & Special Orders
Deposits are fully refundable until your hot tub is special ordered. Once your tub has been special ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your hot tub to request a return.
To be eligible for a full refund on your deposit, the request must be made before the tub is special ordered or delivered.
Once the hot tub is delivered and set up, no returns are accepted, but you will have full access to all warranties.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom orders or special order hot tubs.

Hot tubs that have been delivered, installed, or used.

Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for hot tubs. If you wish to exchange your hot tub model for a new model, please contact us immediately to discuss available options.
Refund Process
Once we received your refund request, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
