Pre-Purchase

- Customers receive expert guidance to find the best fit for their needs, whether online, via phone, or in person.
- Discussion includes their preferences for size, features (jets, energy efficiency, etc.), and budget.
- Recommendations for Hot Tub
- Delivery check list will be completed during this time
- Discussion on electrical needs.

Purchase
Purchase and Customization
- Customers finalize their choice and customize options such as colors, covers, and add-ons
- Pre-Book Delivery Day
- Financing options or promotions are discussed at this stage.
- Note: We require a minimum of 50% down for any custom made hot tubs.
Post-Purchase
Delivery and Setup
- Coordinate delivery logistics and ensures a smooth, on-time setup. (Confirmation will come approximentally one week prior of delivery day)
- A professional installation team can assist with placement and walkthroughs on operation.
- Note: Your spa must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Post-Purchase Support
Wet Test
- After your Spa is delivered and set up. We come back to provide a "wet" test to go through controlls and chemicals and any other questions you may have!
